Join us for an inspiring evening celebrating the achievements of women in sports at the Maine Mariners' Women in Sports Night! This special event will feature a dynamic panel of industry leaders, each bringing unique perspectives and experiences to the conversation.
Panelists:
- Melanie Crane: A former Division 1 athlete, author, and co-founder of Elevate Maine, Melanie is passionate about mental health awareness for athletes and empowering the next generation of female competitors.
- Jess Fadale: As the owner of the Portland Yoga Collective and former Corporate Sales executive with the New England Patriots and Kraft Sports Group, Jess combines her passion for wellness with her extensive experience in the sports industry.
- Reagan Carey: Reagan has been a trailblazer in promoting women’s hockey and elevating the profile of women in sports. Most recently, she was an instrumental driver in unifying the world of professional women’s ice hockey that led to the historic launch of the PWHL in June 2023.
- Clara Brown: A decorated Paralympic medalist, Clara exemplifies resilience and determination, inspiring others through her athletic achievements and advocacy for inclusivity in sports.

The Sports Bra & Underwear Toss is an annual charitable endeavor, asking fans to bring new, unopened packages of underwear & sports bras to be donated to charity, and toss them onto the ice after the first Mariners goal. The Sports Bra Project increases access to sports for women and girls by removing barriers to participation. They provide sports bras to athletes who don’t have access to such a basic piece of equipment.
